Promote your brand or business while helping us deliver a top-notch conference experience!

Sponsorship opportunities include events (like our Gala dinner, Master Classes or meals), items (such as totes or notebooks), display advertising (such as banners and window clings) at the conference, or sign on for general sponsorships. Get your brand in front of our attendees (in person and online) and hotel guests. The higher the level of sponsorship, the more prominently your brand will be displayed.

Sponsorship levels

  • Platinum ($15,000+) - Primary Sponsor

    • Includes logo on donor’s choice of swag, advertising throughout the venue including but not limited to signage at registration desks, voice recorded pre-workshop sponsor acknowledgement and logo on placards/screens, logo on platform/registration landing page and conference crawl, space in both the virtual and in-person exhibitors hall where virtual space includes a video presentation of up to ten minutes with the ability to schedule appointments or speak live to attendees, ability for a spotlight of up to 55 minutes which would be included in the main conference programming outside of the exhibitors hall and the ability to interact or speak live to attendees, prominence in social media blasts and up to ten complimentary conference registrations

  • Diamond ($10,000-$14,999)

    • Logo on donor’s choice of swag, Advertising throughout venue including but not limited to signage at registration desks, inclusion on voice recorded pre-workshop sponsor acknowledgement and logo on placards/screens, logo on platform/registration landing page and conference page crawl, space in both the virtual and in-person exhibitors hall where virtual space includes a video presentation of up to ten minutes with the ability to schedule appointments or speak live to attendees, ability for a spotlight of up to 55 minutes which would be included in the main conference programming outside of the exhibitors hall and the ability to interact or speak live to attendees, featured in social media blasts, up to five complimentary conference registrations

  • Gold ($5,000-$9,999+)

    • Logo on swag (conference managed), signage at registration desks, inclusion on voice recorded pre-workshop sponsor acknowledgement and logo on placards/screens, logo on platform/registration landing page and conference page crawl, space in both the virtual and in-person exhibitors hall where virtual space includes a video presentation of up to ten minutes with the ability to schedule appointments or speak live to attendees, ability for a spotlight of up to 55 minutes which would be included in the main conference programming outside of the exhibitors hall and the ability to interact or speak live to attendees, inclusion in social media blasts

  • Mobile App ($3,500+)

    • Prominent, click-thru logo (with shareable demographics and data post event) seen on the conference app. Analytics are available and will show Number of Attendees, Average Times App Opened and Average Time Spent on the mobile app.

  • Silver ($1,000-$4,999)

    • Logo on platform/registration landing page and conference page crawl, space in both the virtual and in-person exhibitors hall where virtual space includes a video presentation of up to ten minutes with the ability to schedule appointments or speak live to attendees, ability for a spotlight of up to 55 minutes which would be included in the main conference programming outside of the exhibitors hall and the ability to interact or speak live to attendees, inclusion in social media posts

  • Bronze ($500 to $999)

    • Logo on platform/registration landing page and conference, page crawl, space in both the virtual and in-person exhibitors hall where virtual space includes a video presentation of up to ten minutes with the ability to schedule appointments or speak live to attendees, ability to include swag in attendee bags.

  • Ruby ($250 to $499)

    • Logo on platform/registration landing page and conference page crawl, space in-person exhibitors hall with ability speak live to in-person attendees (space in the virtual exhibit available for $100 fee).

  • Pearl ($150 to $249)

    • Logo on platform/registration landing page and conference page crawl, (space in virtual and in-person exhibit space for $150 fee)

All sponsors will be listed by category in our printed program. We also offer opportunities to sponsor conference totes and/or notebooks, which will feature your single-color logo, and Spa in Your Space sessions (such as chair massage, nail services and facials), which will feature your book cover or branding on display.

Once you commit to sponsorship, we will send further details as they become available. No payment is required until your artwork is approved.

Vendors

Chicago Spring Fling will offer two vendor rooms--one virtual (online) and one at the hotel--for individuals and companies that offer services of interest to authors. The vendor room at the hotel will be open to all conference attendees during specific times of the conference. The vendor room will be set up for networking and allowing attendees to hear about your services. Depending on how we can get the room set up and vendor interest, you will have half of a 6-foot table or one small hightop table. The cost to participate is $100.

The virtual vendor space will be accessible all day Friday. The cost to participate is $100.

The fee is $150 to participate in both the in-person and online vendor spaces.

Vendors will not have access to conference workshops, meals, or activities. If you would also like to attend the conference, you must register as an attendee.
