Join us at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17, for a panel of four CNRW members who write category romance for Harlequin. They will discuss the ins and outs of writing category romance, breaking into the world of Harlequin as an author, and more while answering questions about this unique-but-specific (uniquely specific?) aspect of romance publishing. Don’t miss it!

Maggie Wells writes contemporary romance and romantic suspense featuring strong, independent heroines and charming, sexy heroes who find love in unexpected places.
Her books have been praised for their witty dialogue, steamy romance, and realistic character development. A Publishers Weekly Bestseller, Maggie has over fifty published titles with more to come!
Jenny Lane (she/they) writes contemporary stories with queer characters ranging from middle grade to adult. Their stories are queer, whimsical, heartwarming… and always end with a happily-ever-something.
There is nothing Jenny loves more than a fire pit, an ocean view, and a good book to read—but they will settle for any combination of these three. When she isn't writing or reading something, she works as a librarian and advocate for literacy.
Anna Grace - moderator
Award-winning author Anna Grace writes fun, heartfelt romance novels that have been described as “having the feel good vibes of a Hallmark film, with the emotional complexity of book club fiction.” Anna’s Oregon roots, love of family and community shine through in her multiple series with Harlequin Heartwarming. Whether exploring the west with her husband in their remodeled sprinter van, or wandering new city streets in search of an art museum, Anna loves to travel. You can find her on social media where she’s busy stamping likes on images of cappuccino, novels, and other people’s dogs.
